By accessing or using QuantFlow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
QuantFlow provides custom software development services with remote European development teams. Our services include:
• Full-stack web and mobile application development
• AI integration and data analytics solutions
• Design and UX services
• Remote European development team
• Communication via Slack, Linear, GitHub/GitLab
Specific service delivery terms, pricing, and payment schedules are defined in individual client service agreements.
When using our services, you are responsible for:
• Providing accurate information and project requirements
• Granting necessary access to repositories, tools, and resources
• Complying with intellectual property and licensing laws
• Maintaining appropriate backups of your data
• Using our services in accordance with applicable laws
All work products created specifically for clients under our work-for-hire model become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
The following remain QuantFlow's property:
• Pre-existing code and frameworks
• Open-source libraries and components
• General development methodologies
• Internal tools and processes
All code delivered complies with open-source license requirements. Clients are responsible for maintaining license compliance in derivative works.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantFlow's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
QuantFlow is NOT liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss (client responsible for backups)
• Third-party service failures
• Client business decisions based on our deliverables
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Error-free operation
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except for claims under $10,000 which may be resolved in small claims court.
Both parties waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. Claims must be brought individually.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
