Experience

17 years engineering

You need a product built, not a methodology explained. Senior engineers design it, our pipeline ships it, and you see a deployed increment at every step instead of a slide.

What you're aiming for

  • Something you can click every week, not a demo at the end.
  • Architecture decided by people who have carried systems for years.
  • A price agreed before the first commit.
  • A codebase your own team can take over.

How we build

The same pipeline we run the studio on. A ticket goes in, a reviewed pull request comes out. Seventeen years of engineering decide the shape; Pilot does the typing. There is a post on how we build software with Claude Code if you want the detail.

  • Discovery call, then a fixed scope and price.
  • Architecture and the first deployable increment.
  • Weekly increments through the pipeline, each reviewed by a human before it merges.
  • Handover: docs, CI, and the pipeline itself if you want to keep it.

What we've shipped this way

Pointer, a self-hosted AI analyst. Linear invoices, a Go service that turns closed tickets into an invoice. A laundry line where a four-antenna RFID tunnel reads every garment at 75 ft/min. And this year a finance product with no AI in it at all; the AI was in how it shipped.

How to start

From you: the problem, whoever owns the decision, and access to whatever already exists.

From us: a scope, a price, and a first increment you can click.

Native or cross-platform

iOS and Android apps through the same pipeline as our web work. Planoroom measures a kitchen with the phone's LiDAR, no site visit before the quote.
